Welcome to the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers Procurement Division. The purpose of this section is to provide interested parties with a general introduction on how to do business with HACFM and to provide information on upcoming procurement initiatives, such as Quotes, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Invitations to Bids (IFBs).
HACFM assumes the responsibility to provide for a procurement system of quality and integrity; provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons or firms involved in Procurement activities; ensure that materials, services and construction are procured efficiently, effectively, and at the most favourable prices available to the HACFM; outreach to promote competition; and assure that the HACFM procurement actions are in full compliance with applicable Federal standards, HUD Regulations and State, and local laws where applicable. It is imperative that the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers works with vendors and contractors that can deliver the highest quality of goods and services at the best value to HACFM.

Addendums issued by HACFM to any IFB, RFP, RFQ, Quote shall be in writing and posted below with the Project. It shall be the bidder’s responsibility to monitor the HACFM website for addendums. Addendums shall not be distributed to those responding to HACFM Solicitations. No oral clarifications or amendments shall be considered binding.
