IMPORTANT UPDATE / COVID-19

At HACFM, the health and wellbeing of our staff, program participants and business partners, are of the utmost importance.

In March 2021, HACFM decided to  limit direct contact with the public and closed its offices during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  With the Pandemic, once
again on a rise, HACFM has decided to close its offices to the Public once again. The closure is effective January 3, 2022 for HACFM and it’s ancillary properties.

Clients that have appointments scheduled, please reach out to your case manager or property manager via email or phone to schedule a phone appointment to get paperwork completed.  Please visit the contact us page on the HACFM website for contact information on your property or case manager.

Routine maintenance work orders will be completed when the offices re-open to the public.  If clients have an emergency work order, please reach out to your property manager and it will be handled appropriately.

Emergency work orders include:

  •   Any condition that jeopardizes the security of the unit (broken     window, doors, or locks)
  •  Major plumbing leaks or flooding
  •  An electrical problem that could result in shock or fire
  •  Absence of a functioning toilet
  •  Only elevator in building not working
  •  No hot water
  • Smoke detectors not working
  • Refrigerator or range that doesn’t work

Rent payments can be dropped off at the HACFM Administration Building located at 4224 Renaissance Preserve Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33916. Please call 239-344-3220 for entry.  Entry is limited to 1 person per household.  You must wear a mask for entry.

HACFM realizes community involvement is important. Please be assured that we will continue best practices and remain vigilant in monitoring updates from the CDC, DOH, and Local Officials, to make ongoing assessments. As the information provided on COVID-19 continues to evolve, we may take additional  actions to protect our clients and staff.

Regular updates of any  changes will be communicated through our website.

Please stay safe and we thank you for your patience during these
difficult times.
